Technical support for us

We may, from time to time, need to provide temporary access to a third party provider to resolve technical difficulties with their service (for example, our hosting provider or the developer of a plugin used on this website may need to access the administrative backend of this website, the developer of our project management service may need to access our account, etc). In such instances, we will attempt to limit access as much as we can reasonably do so.

In order to minimise costs, we run a single suite of systems and services (for example, a single email provider, a single project management provider, etc.) shared across all of our projects and companies. We are the only people who have access to the systems and services we use to operate these projects and companies.
