Hi friends,

You may have noticed things haven't changed a lot recently with Silvobeat, both here and over on Facebook and Instagram. There have been several significant things in motion this year, which led to a chat about priorities with Stu.

Upon reflecting, I can see I've loved sharing the journey with Stu in creating and nurturing Silvobeat. We created the website not really knowing where it might go, but with a desire to have a creative outlet and share my love of vegan food with you.

The creative process taught me many things, from photography, creating and tuning recipes, to writing and documenting the process along the way. It's been an incredible teacher.

Without a doubt, though, there's one thing that I've enjoyed above everything else: the chance to meet so many kind, supportive, and inspiring people in our community.

I love sharing ways to enjoy delicious, creative vegan food. Just as much, I love encouraging non-vegans to look behind the curtain and see what veganism is all about. To help them discover new ingredients, new ways of cooking, and to let them know a whole new Era of Taste awaits them – if they dare to try.

Stu and I can no longer invest enough time into Silvobeat to do it justice though, so it's time to say goodbye.
