My homemade chocolate truffles have been a hit with family and friends for a few years now. They’re quick and easy to make, and you can create a range of different flavours by rolling them in your favourite coatings. I love truffles with a mixture of coconut and dried culinary lavender. 💜

It’s eggnog, but not as you know it! I make my turmeric and spiced rum vegan eggnog with chickpeas to give the drink a lightness and fluffiness that’s a joy to drink.
